HRIT Products

At IMA, we have been creating HRIT solutions for our customers for 4 years. The company's philosophy has been to provide its client base with highly integrated and flexible software and networking solutions. The level of customization is totally dependent on each client's needs and the degree of custom tailoring required to satisfy their processes and management needs. Our experience with HR management system, coupled with client and market requirements has led to the development of more advanced and mature products. In the HR and Training arena, IMA System Consultants Limited introduced eHR2000 family, a product line of HRIT which is fully integrated HR Management System and addresses the business processes and management needs of the Human Resources Department and senior management people. We defined the eHR2000 into seven categories:

  3. eHR2000 - Standard Edition
  4. eHR2000 - Small Business Edition
  5. eHR2000 - MPF Adaptor
  6. eHR2000 - Industrial Scheme Edition

We view the marketplace as three segments of company size: a) large - over 2000 employees, b) medium - 150 to 2000 employees, c) small - less than 150 employees. However, each company, regardless of the company size may have different system needs from the variety of system versions:

Stand-alone version is for single terminal and this is usually welcome by those personnel who have very limited HR administrator or for those small size company which the boss is also bearing the role of the HR administrator.

Multi-User LAN version is the most popular version adopted by small to medium sized companies with more than one HR practitioners serving the companies. The multi-terminal operating in the LAN environment, allows more than one user (but less than 10 for sake of system stability) to share the system at the same time. For medium to large companies with numbers of users to the system,

Client/Server version is the most popular system required to suit large volume of system access. It enables an extremely stable environment even there are numerous users accessing the HR Management System. Medium to large companies with multiple locations in the same boundary may need the powerful Client/Server WAN version. It serves the remote monitoring of each work location and make quick decision on the changes. Effort spending in the data re-entry is saved for the data is automatically and periodically/real time updated from the remote location to the head quarter.

Intranet/Internet version serves more fancy system design and multi-language. Not only the information system but also serve as a broadcasting channel in which employee can find the latest news of the company. It serve the same purpose of Client Server LAN/WAN version. For those large-scaled organizations, which have business operation in other boundaries and all over the world, Internet version may suit their needs. It is restricted by the geographical barrier but provide real time information on the Human Resources. Employee travels frequently to other work locations can also access the system with the special right granted.

The automation of human resources practices, in our terms, we call it "HRIT". IMA's HRIT product line is designed to address all of the above market conditions. We are focused on the area where there is market need and in their price range. For these companies, we provide a product with rich and extensive functionality and with full service in customisation. Our product addresses the important market trends: "Web-enabled" real-time Internet / Intranet access, Client/Server, microcomputer LAN based, "real time" attendance. Our product utilises the latest technology to meet the expectations that clients now have for their systems, and it allows clients to realise the successful streamlining of their business processes. Besides strong technology backup, HRIT is consulted and developed by a group of experienced Human Resources Consultants who project their role of end user to the system development logic and interface so as to make the system closest to the need of the human resources management practitioners. The system is also operating followed Labour Ordinance, Tax Law and other related ordinance of the HKSAR. We are the first one in the market to have experienced HR consultants to develop HR Management System and the only one so far.
