eHR2000 - Enterprise and Professional Edition are basically sharing the same user interface and database structure but the Enterprise Edition is built-in with the Dynamic Roster Planning module, Time and Attendance Management module and Payroll Calculation linking with time and attendance related payroll items.

 eHR2000 (Enterprise/Professional Edition) is a native Windows, Client/Server, Human Resource Management System. Built on the Microsoft SQL server technology, it is modular in design and consists of a certain basic modules plus several optional modules. The basic module includes the main Employee Profile Module, the Time and Attendance Module, the Leave Management Module, Movement and Termination Module, the Payroll and Taxation Modules and the Management Reports. Other than the basic modules, full functionality is available for Training and Development, Performance Management, Benefit Management System, Roster Planning System, Man-power Planning System, Manpower Ultilization System, Recruitment and Selection System, Training System, Succession Planning System, Salary Forecast, Flexible Benefits, and Health & Safety.

Functions

  • eHR2000 has been developed to allow for a high level of customisation. As such, changes are quickly made to minimise programming time. The purpose of this is to ensure that eHR2000 reflects the unique procedures and requirements of different users accordingly.
  • The eHR2000 Management Reports shows the report on-screen, in hard-copy print out or export to vaious file formats. The reports are either designed by the Human Resources Consultant or appointed by the clients on the report components and layout. Report on attendance, leave, payroll, employee background, training and employment appraisal records etc.. These reports are designed in helping the executives in decision making and data analysis. All reports can be exported to other Window formats for furnishing, if needed.
  • eHR2000 utilises the Microsoft Windows standard graphical user interface. The system supports a multi-user/multi-site environment. In addition, eHR2000 fully supports Internet/Intranet access ("Web enabled"), providing dynamic access to system data through your organisation web server. Expansion capabilities are unlimited, as capacity is dependant only on the storage space of your hardware. The relational database eliminates duplication of work. Options are always explained on each screen.

  • Incorporated with time card system hardware, eHR2000 enables the operation and function from the most basic manual paper time card to full-automation of electronic time card system or the co-existence of the dual systems.
